Swiss Tuna Melts

Ingredients
1 can (6oz) Light Water-Packed Tuna, Drained and Flaked
3/4 cup
Vern's Swiss
, Shredded
1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Celery, Chopped
2-3 tbsp Butter, softened
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
8 Slices Bread
Pepper to Taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine everything except bread and butter
Spread over four slices of bread, about 1/2cup on each
Top with remaining bread
Butter the outside of the sandwiches
On a griddle or large skillet, over medium heat, grill sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly toasted
