Basil & Garlic Aioli Pizza
All the flavors of a classic tomato bruschetta on a pizza!
Ingredients
- 1 Tube Pizza Crust
- 2 cups Vern's Shredded Mozzarella
- Basil
- 8oz Sartori Shredded Parmesan Cheese (divided)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 2/3 cups Mayonnaise
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (find it in your supermarket in the oil and vinegar aisle)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Roll out pizza crust to fit pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes
- After removing pan from oven, top with 1 cup Vern's mozzarella and 4oz Vern's shredded parmesan
- Slice the tomatoes into thick slices and place on top of the cheeses
- Mix the garlic, basil, mayonnaise, 4oz of Vern's shredded parmesan, and 1 cup Vern's mozzarella together
- Spread evenly over the tomatoes
- Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
- Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Glaze over the pizza
