Basil & Garlic Aioli Pizza

All the flavors of a classic tomato bruschetta on a pizza!



  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Roll out pizza crust to fit pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes
  3. After removing pan from oven, top with 1 cup Vern's mozzarella and 4oz Vern's shredded parmesan
  4. Slice the tomatoes into thick slices and place on top of the cheeses
  5. Mix the garlic, basil, mayonnaise, 4oz of Vern's shredded parmesan, and 1 cup Vern's mozzarella together
  6. Spread evenly over the tomatoes
  7. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned
  8. Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar Glaze over the pizza
