Cheese products are perishable and must be delivered promptly to arrive in good condition, particularly during warmer weather (above about 70 degrees F). We recommend express shipping (2 day air or overnight) for all orders with cheese. Please consider upgrading to Cold Pack (order is packed in styrofoam with ice packs) at a small additional cost, for orders shipped during warmer weather or to destinations that are outside of the Upper Midwest US (WI, IA, IL, MI, MN). Bought a block at our local Giant Eagle Market District……….Outstanding ! Brings back childhood memories of my Maternal Grandfather who created a monster when he introduced me to such German favorites as Rollmops, Pickled Herring and last but certainly not least, Braunschweiger-Limburger-Red Onion & Spicy Brown Mustard on toasted Pumpernickel……..Yes, my dog 🐕 (Basenji) loves it also ! !
