Pickle Cheese Inc. –
Not as good as pickled cheese from Pickle Cheese Inc. however I have to say that all things considered it was a good cheese.

I’m not sure I got the right Apple Jack cheese. The label is completely different and says Torkelson Cheese Company from 9453 West Louisa Rd. Lena,IL. Don’t taste the apple undertones at all. The block I got was still good but was there a disclaimer posted somewhere that you may not get the exact item pictured when ordering? 2 stars because it was still a good cheese, just not what I thought I ordered.

I do apologize. We were unaware of the label change and the product does in fact come from Torkelson Cheese. Our IT team must have over looked the product description and the Apple Jack cheese does not have any flavor of apple. It is more comparable to a mild brick cheese. So sorry about the misunderstanding.
