Wisconsin Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

Sliced Italian Bread

2 slices Vern's Pepper Jack Cheese

1 slice American Cheese

1 small jar Marinara or Pizza Sauce

Directions

Put 3 slices of cheese between 2 slices of Italian bread

Butter the bread on the outside pieces and grill until golden brown

Heat the marinara or pizza sauce

Cut the grilled cheese into wedges and dip into the hot sauce
