Vegetarian Garden Ranch Pizza
A pizza-salad hybrid! Fresh veggies, Wisconsin cheese and ranch dressing all on a pizza!
Ingredients
- 2 (10oz) pkg Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 Garlic Clove, pressed
- 2 cups Vern's Mozzarella, shredded and divided
- 1/2 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Pitted Ripe Olives, sliced
- 1/2 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup Chopped Broccoli
- 1 Medium Carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup Sartori Parmesan, Grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Lightly sprinkle a large round stone with flour
- Unroll both packages of pizza dough and arrange side by side on the stone
- Roll dough to edge of baking stone, pressing seams to seal
- Combine mayo, ranch seasoning, and pressed garlic; mix well
- Spread mixture evenly over crust
- Top with half of mozzarella
- Sprinkle broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and olives over pizza
- Top with remaining mozzarella Cheese
- Grate parmesan over pizza
- Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown
- Remove from oven
- Cool for 10 minutes and serve
