Swiss Tuna Melts
A classic tuna melt! Try a splash of hot sauce for an exciting twist!
Ingredients
- 1 can (6oz) Light Water-Packed Tuna, Drained and Flaked
- 3/4 cup Vern's Swiss, Shredded
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Celery, Chopped
- 2-3 tbsp Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
- 8 Slices Bread
- Pepper to Taste
Directions
- In a bowl, combine everything except bread and butter
- Spread over four slices of bread, about 1/2cup on each
- Top with remaining bread
- Butter the outside of the sandwiches
- On a griddle or large skillet, over medium heat, grill sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly toasted
