Smokey Wisconsin Cheese Fondue

A cheese fondue perfect for all your favorite Wisconsin events. Gather friends and family for the next big game and enjoy!



  1. In a small bowl combine cheeses, flour and dry mustard. Toss to coat
  2. In a small sauce pan bring wine to simmer
  3. Add small handful of cheese mixture and stir until cheese has melted
  4. Repeat process until all the cheese has been added and has melted
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and dijon mustard and cook over low heat
  6. until mixture is thick and smooth
  7. Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm
  8. Serve with cubes of bread for dipping
