Sausage, Mushroom & Cheddar Cheese Bake

Ingredients
1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
6 cups Cubed Bread
1 cup Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
3 cups Milk
2 cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
2 cups
Vern's Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp Ground Mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
In a large skillet, cook sausage and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain
Place half of the bread cubes in a greased 9x13 baking dish
Top with 2 cups of the sausage mix and half of the cheese and tomatoes
Repeat layers
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper
Pour over bread mixture
Bake, uncovered at 350° 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
