Best Baked French Toast

A breakfast to impress


  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Finely Shredded Vern’s Parmesan
  • 6 Slices Egg Bread



  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and shredded parmesan
  2. Gently dip each side of the bread in the egg mix (don’t saturate too much)
  3. Place each slice on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes
