Parmesan Chicken

So good, you'll want seconds


  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Vern’s Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil



  1. Flatten chicken to 1/4” thickness
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and basil
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg
  4. Dip the chicken in the egg, then coat with crumb mixture
  5. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil over medium heat for 3-5minutes or until juices run clear
